Goodwin's Multimedia department produces and distributes compelling external and internal facing marketing content by producing creative videos, live streaming broadcasts, motion graphics, animations, Podcasts, and other forms of multimedia. The Multimedia team's services consist of consultation, planning, creating, producing, and implementing marketing multimedia communication to fit the specific needs of stakeholders across all of Goodwin's creative multimedia efforts.
As the Multimedia Marketing Operations Co-op, you will assist the Multimedia Marketing Operations Manager in optimizing team operations and managing projects. You will gain hands-on experience in creative project management and learning the essentials of operational best practices and organizational strategies. We’re looking for someone who excels in communication, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
What you do:
Assist the Multimedia Marketing Operations Manager with daily project management tasks, including initiating projects, organizing and tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and allocating resources.
Document and implement operational initiatives, alongside the Multimedia Marketing Operations Manager, to enhance efficiency and consistency across the team.
Capture and structure data to create insightful multimedia reports.
Assist in organizing multimedia assets and files to ensure easy access and proper storage.
Provide occasional support for Multimedia productions.
Who you are:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Background in video production and/or familiarity with video production process is preferred.
Familiarity with a Project Management software/tool is preferred.
