The Co-op, Marketing Operations (“Co-op”) provides administrative support to Goodwin’s Marketing Team. The co-op works with the team to manage data, track contract progress, and assist with process and procedures of the Marketing and Client Development departments.These projects often involve working with different functional areas of the Marketing Department, Client Development, General Counsel’s office, and Finance. The co-op role is part of the Department’s core support structure. While this role supports Marketing Operations, it may, as needed, be called upon to assist with other initiatives or Department functions.

What You Will Do:

Work with Marketing Operations to process and track all Client Development and Marketing Contracts through legal review and file once the contracts are executed.

Assist Marketing Operations, Client Development and Marketing with data entry, formatting, and formula checks for budgets.

Own the creation and deployment weekly internal emails to internal stakeholders.

Assist with updates on the department’s page on the firm’s intranet.

Assist with policy and procedure within the department.

Additional responsibilities as needed.

Who You Are:

Coursework towards a BA/BS.

Effective and professional communication skills.

Excellent project management skills.

Positive attitude with the ability to think objectively and work both independently and within a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing assignments in a deadline-driven environment.

Ability to build rapport with attorneys and other professional staff.

Strong organizational skills with particular attention to detail.

Excellent writing skills.

Strong computer skills, including web-based research, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Schedule: Standard office hours.

Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time, must be able to use a computer and accompanying office machines. Physically capable of lifting boxes, etc. associated with event prep.

Environment: Office environment.
