About the Role
We’re seeking a Direct Marketing and CRM Specialist to join our Residential Division’s Brand Marketing Team.
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, this hybrid role is based in Melbourne.
What You’ll Do
As our Direct Marketing and CRM Specialist, you will:
Make a difference: Lead the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns that enhance customer engagement and retention, including SMS and email marketing.
Innovate and solve problems:
Manage and optimise CRM platforms, leveraging data to deliver personalised marketing communications.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal stakeholders, channel partners, and vendors to deliver cohesive marketing strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Design automated workflows, conduct A/B testing, and use analytics to refine customer journeys and campaign performance.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing or CRM roles, ideally with exposure to platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce or similar.
- Technical Capability: Proficiency in marketing automation tools and social media management platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
