The Opportunity
Lead marketing operations that power personalised supporter journeys at scale. Orchestrate omnichannel journeys, optimise performance with data, and enable revenue growth across the lifecycle. You’ll connect platforms, teams, and insights so every supporter gets the right message at the right time driving measurable impact for children worldwide.
Key Focus Areas
- Orchestrate end-to-end supporter journeys so audiences are in the right journeys at the right time.
- Oversee marketing automation and campaign delivery in tools like Customer. io and Segment.
- Embed measurement, attribution, testing and continuous optimisation to improve ROI.
- Enable revenue growth by integrating tactics and technology across lifecycle stages.
- Build cross-functional ways of working with marketing, go to market teams and IT.
- Manage MarTech operations to ensure integration, reliability and documentation.
- Champion data-driven decision making and operational excellence.

About You
- Strong hands-on experience in utilising marketing technology to deliver customer journeys
- Proven leadership in marketing operations, campaign automation or RevOps.
- Experience in establishing omnichannel journeys (email, SMS, web, in-app).
- Deep understanding of attribution, funnel metrics and testing.
- Technical capability with platforms such as Snowflake, Segment and Customer.io
- Collaborative, growth mindset; skilled at working across marketing, data and tech.
- Experience in not-for-profit or purpose-led contexts is a bonus.
- Current eligibility to work in New Zealand.
