Job Summary
Join the Digital Marketing Analytics & Implementation team to support both daily execution and strategic improvement of our data and tracking workflows. You’ll gain hands-on experience across reporting, dashboard structuring, tag implementation, and campaign performance tracking — with exposure to tools like GA4, Tealium, Power BI, and Python/R. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys making data processes cleaner, smarter, and more scalable.
You’ll have the opportunity to think critically about how insights are delivered, how tracking is structured, and how both can be improved to better serve the business.
Job Responsibilities
Analytics & Dashboard Support
Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable dashboards and data solutions.
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track campaign performance, user behavior, and business KPIs.
Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and support decision-making across marketing and product teams.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Support campaign and business analysis across key markets to inform strategy and audience engagement.
Process Optimization
Consolidate fragmented reports and develop reusable templates to support faster and more consistent delivery.
Contribute to internal SOPs, naming conventions, and governance documentation.
Propose and implement improvements to data delivery workflows or internal tools.
Standardize and document key metrics, definitions, and reporting logic across teams.
Digital Tagging & Tracking Implementation
Assist in managing the end-to-end implementation of website, app, and campaign tracking tags using Tealium iQ
Draft and maintain tag specifications, validate tracking during UAT, and ensure proper deployment
Troubleshoot data collection issues with vendors and developers
Support audience activation tagging via the Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Maintain and enforce naming conventions for digital campaigns and audience segments
Document best practices for digital tracking and contribute to ongoing implementation projects
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Experience
Experience with Python/R, Power BI or SQL is a plus
Basic understanding of HTML/JavaScript and how web tracking works (Tealium, GTM, or similar is a bonus)
Other Prerequisites
Curious and analytical, with strong attention to detail and structured thinking
Comfortable documenting workflows, logic, and tagging specifications
Proactive, reliable, and willing to dive into both execution and process design
