Marketing Executive
The Role:
B-Engaged is seeking a new Marketing Executive. The position reports to the Brand & Comms Director and serves as a key member of the Brand Marketing team in the London office. You will develop upon the existing B-Engaged Brand & Athlete roster from identifying potential new clients to reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Brand & Comms Director, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing, social and PR strategies and activations.
- Managing your own client accounts, from strategy, admin through to analytics and reporting.
- Working on various marketing initiatives and campaigns across multiple social media channels - helping boost client brand recognition and drive commercial objectives.
- Creation of assets for clients both graphic and motion design work
- Reporting to senior management on team workflows/dynamics/optimisation.
- Strategy decks for prospective clients.
- Working with internal and external creative teams to produce key, high-quality assets.
- Handling and cooperating on budget for initiatives, marketing and ad-hoc executions.
- Communicating effectively across various levels internally and externally on ongoing work and project updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience working within a relevant field of the sporting industry
- Strong communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing work and evidence of building brands.
- Experience in working close to elite athletes.
- An in- depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies and sports industry trends across various sports
- Excellent copywriting skills; ability to write under pressure for multiple campaigns & clients simultaneously
- The drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive and flexible
