In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking Senior CRM Lifecycle Executive (6 Month FTC), to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises marketing department.

Role Overview

This pivotal role will involve:

Leading the overall delivery, design, and data requirements of our guest journeys/triggers communications.
Briefing and developing lifecycle Email and Direct Mail programmes, collaborating with CRM and data agencies.
Evaluating guest journeys performance against defined KPIs, implementing measures to optimize and enhance performance.
Managing stakeholder relationships and working with CRM agency on new initiatives and creative concepts.

This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 6 months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
