We currently have an opportunity for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team based in Exeter. Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
The role
You will help shape our digital presence across multiple brands by creating engaging content and fostering online communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring fresh ideas and drive engagement.

What you’ll be doing:- Plan, curate, and create engaging content across all brands and platforms, with a strong focus on video and animation.
- Schedule and publish content consistently to maintain an active online presence.
- Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
- Contribute to social media strategy by developing customer-centric content aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, trends, engagement, and competitor activity to optimise content and strategy.
- Foster and manage online communities by responding to comments and inquiries promptly and on-brand.
- Stay informed on platform updates, social media trends, and best practices to continuously refine content and engagement strategies.
What we are looking for:- Experience working in social media, marketing, or communications and confident creating content
- Video content creation and animation experience
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, and Sprout Social
- Degree-level education or equivalent
