Influencer Marketing Executive – UK (Remote/ Hybrid)
About the Role
- We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to support influencer campaigns and partnerships for an international jewellery company. Based in the UK, this role will play a key part in delivering influencer-led strategies that build brand awareness, engagement, and interest across key markets, while supporting global brand objectives and local priorities.
- You’ll work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and the wider social team to bring campaigns to life - managing influencer outreach, coordination, content approvals, and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about influencers, social media trends, and creative storytelling, and who wants to grow their experience within the luxury and lifestyle sector.
- The role will be primarily dedicated to a project with an international jewellery brand, supporting influencer-led storytelling and strategic social activations designed to inspire audiences and strengthen brand connection. You’ll be expected to quickly understand the brand’s landscape, tone, and target audience, and help translate those insights into impactful influencer activity that delivers measurable results.
- In addition, you’ll be expected to remain flexible and proactive, supporting other influencer campaigns across the agency and contributing to new business pitches where influencer strategy plays a role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Influencer Marketing Manager in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and positive sentiment across priority markets.
- Assist in identifying, researching, and recruiting influencers - including macro, mid-tier, and micro creators - who align with brand values and are known for shaping trends across social platforms.
- Coordinate day-to-day influencer communications, from outreach and briefing through to content delivery, feedback, and approvals.
- Manage influencer databases, contracts, and content tracking, ensuring campaign deliverables are met on time and to brief.
- Support campaign execution, working closely with internal teams to ensure brand alignment, creative excellence, and smooth delivery.
- Assist in reporting and performance tracking, helping to collect influencer data, compile campaign metrics, and analyse results, including engagement rate, reach, sentiment, and earned media value.
- Work alongside the Social Media Lead and Influencer Marketing Manager to prepare weekly and monthly reports for the client, summarizing key performance insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, paid media, and strategy teams to ensure influencer content supports wider social and brand initiatives.
- Stay informed on social media trends, emerging creators, and platform innovations, particularly within the luxury, fashion, and jewellery sectors.
- Be flexible in supporting additional influencer campaigns across other clients and contribute to new business pitches where influencer strategy is a key component.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital content - ideally within the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Hands-on experience supporting or coordinating influencer campaigns, including outreach, briefing, and tracking content delivery.
- Understanding of social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta, and how influencers drive engagement and brand storytelling across these channels.
- Familiarity with both paid and organic influencer activity, including boosting creator content and working alongside paid media teams.
- Experience working with influencers and creators at various levels - from micro to mid-tier - including day-to-day communication, content coordination, and performance tracking.
- Skilled in content planning and organization, ensuring influencer deliverables meet campaign objectives, timelines, and brand standards.
- Competent in using influencer management and analytics platforms (e.g. CreatorIQ, Traackr, Tagger, or similar) to research creators and track campaign performance.
- Basic understanding of key reporting metrics such as Engagement Rate (ER%), Cost per Mille (CPM), Earned Media Value (EMV), and sentiment analysis (positive, neutral, negative).
- Comfortable assisting with weekly and monthly reports, summarizing influencer performance and campaign insights for internal teams and clients.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and proactive team player, eager to learn and contribute ideas to creative discussions and campaign improvements.
- Passionate about social media, influencer culture, and emerging trends within the luxury and lifestyle sectors.
You must be
- An entrepreneurial self-starter who is excited about building major projects from the bottom-up.
- Hands-on; willing to get involved with every stage of the content creation process.
- A team player who is happy to get involved in all parts of the process.
- Comfortable working within a global company and liaising across different time zones.
