As a Product Marketing Manager, you will translate data and insights into strategies that enhance our realty products and customer experience. You will analyze how homebuyers and sellers engage with our products, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate across teams to guide product roadmap decisions. In this role, you will use a blend of analytical thinking, curiosity, and business acumen to connect user behavior to company goals and strengthen the value we deliver to our customers.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
Monitor user data to measure product performance and conversion, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and align with enterprise goals and strategies.
Partner with data analysts to create and analyze reports that highlight product usage trends, customer behavior, and areas for growth.
Leverage performance and conversion data to inform and influence product and enterprise level strategies.
Collaborate with product teams to brainstorm and evaluate A/B tests for product feature rollouts and iterations.
Create alerts to notify stakeholders of workflow issues or conversion drops, ensuring timely awareness and resolution.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
