What we're looking for
We’re looking for a Founding Growth Marketer -- the person who will build Omnea’s growth engine as we continue to scale across Europe & the US. You’ll be the architect and operator of our full-funnel motion, driving awareness, intent, and pipeline through experimentation and high-quality execution.
You’ll partner closely with commercial associates and sales to accelerate the path from awareness to revenue. You’ll be the founder of our growth function -- hands-on, data-driven, and obsessed with results.
What Can You Expect?
You’ll build, execute, and continuously optimise Omnea’s digital growth strategy across key channels (LinkedIn, search, email, website).
You’ll own our website and the digital ecosystem driving to it -- turning traffic into meaningful commercial opportunities.
You’ll capture and activate demand across enterprise accounts, identifying and prioritising key buying signals.
You’ll work with the broader GTM & Customer teams to translate engagement into qualified pipeline.
You’ll build and measure full-funnel campaigns that raise awareness, educate the market, and drive meetings.
You’ll experiment relentlessly -- test, learn, and adapt faster than anyone else.
About You
You have 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven experience driving pipeline in B2B enterprise environments.
You are a commercially fluent operator who understands that growth isn’t clicks or leads; it’s revenue. You’ve worked with Sales, sat in pipeline meetings, and know how to connect marketing outcomes to business impact.
You have a deep understanding of digital channels, paid media, and performance analytics. You also know how to maintain and measure the performance of the company website.
You are hands-on; you know how to launch, test, and optimise without layers of process. You can write ad copy, build a landing page, and run your own experiments.
You are data-obsessed; attribution, conversion rates, and CAC are second nature to you. You use data from 6sense and other platforms to tell stories and make decisions fast.
You are cross-functional; you partner naturally with Product, Sales/Partnerships, Customer and Content to make sure marketing efforts are aligned and mutually reinforcing.
You are ambitious; you want to build something game-changing, own a key business lever, and potentially lead the function you created one day.
