Email Marketing Associate
ROLE SNAPSHOT —
- Pay: $55,000 – $60,000
- Location/Schedule: Remote or Hybrid in Cape Coral, Full-Time
- Purpose: Plan, code, deploy, and optimize email campaigns that drive measurable growth, engagement, and retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES —
- Build, code, proof, and deploy email campaigns using HTML templates.
- Enhance and maintain templates directly in Dreamweaver, ensuring responsive design.
- Own promotional calendars across email, SMS, and print for disciplined execution.
- Segment audiences to deliver high-converting, relevant messages.
- Run A/B tests and leverage analytics to improve performance and ROI.
- Partner with creative and eCommerce teams to align campaigns with strategy.
- Execute meticulous QA—links, rendering, formatting, accuracy, compliance.
- Monitor KPIs (open rate, CTR, deliverability) to drive continuous improvement.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on HTML coding and email campaign execution experience.
- Skilled in Dreamweaver (or equivalent) with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines while maintaining quality.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years in email marketing, analytics, and reporting.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, SharePoint, or ClickUp.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000. Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) experience, including industry or specific experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, and/or other applicable laws.
