About Allica Bank
Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.
Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.
Role Description
We are seeking a Growth Manager focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to lead the design, execution, and optimisation of tailored campaigns that drive business growth. You will play a key role in identifying high[1]value segments within our target market, uncovering insights to define the right audiences, pain points, and messaging.
Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams, you will build and optimise multi-channel ABM campaigns across letters, email, and LinkedIn ads. You will be responsible for ensuring each campaign is measurable, scalable, and continuously improving through testing, tracking, and iteration.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and hands-on execution. You will lead the process end-to-end, from analysing data, segmenting audiences, and defining the content to setting up workflows in HubSpot and ensuring every campaign drives tangible business results.
Principal Accountabilities
Segmentation & Insights
- Analyse large datasets to identify patterns and define the most promising customer segments based on behaviour, needs, and value potential.
- Translate insights into clear audience definitions, messaging strategies, and value propositions that resonate with specific customer groups.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of ABM efforts across the funnel, from engagement to funding and growth.
Strategy & Execution
- Lead the planning and delivery of highly personalised ABM campaigns across multiple channels, including letters, email, and LinkedIn ads.
- Build and manage A/B testing programmes to refine messaging, creative, targeting, and channel mix for maximum performance.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to align messaging and outreach, ensuring consistent and effective customer engagement.
- Use HubSpot or similar tools to create workflows, automation, and tracking processes that support campaign execution and scalability.
Performance & Optimisation
- Establish clear tracking and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to extract insights and ensure learnings are embedded into future campaigns.
- Build dashboards and regular reports to provide visibility on ABM results, highlighting what is driving success and what needs refinement.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to align on priorities and ensure smooth execution of ABM initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders across the business to secure buy-in for ABM strategies and promote data-driven decision making.
- Champion a culture of testing, iteration, and continuous improvement across all acquisition activities. Reporting & Communication
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations that communicate ABM insights, results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Translate campaign performance into actionable strategies that guide future planning and investment.
Personal Attributes & Experience
- Hands-on and proactive, with a make it happen attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities from data.
- Proven experience designing and delivering ABM or highly targeted multi-channel campaigns at scale.
