What you’ll do:
We’re seeking a versatile and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the Residential Real Estate (RRE) sector in Australia. This role is pivotal in driving camera sales through Real Estate Media Companies/Photographers and in-house Agency media teams, while also enhancing the iGUIDE brand value among Agencies and Agents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on web, organic social media, paid media (especially META), short-form content, influencer marketing and SEO / GEO strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Manage paid media campaigns across META, Google, TikTok, and other key platforms to maximize ROI.
- Lead influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives to support product launches and brand engagement.
- Oversee organic and paid social media efforts, including short-form content and trend-driven campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across web, email, and social channels.
- Optimize digital assets, landing pages, and user journeys using UX best practices and A/B testing.
- Implement SEO and GEO-targeting strategies to improve visibility and reach across key markets.
- Maintain and enhance marketing automation systems, including HubSpot workflows and lead scoring.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to inform strategy and improve results.
- Support account-based marketing programs in partnership with sales to target high-value accounts.
- Stay current on digital trends, technologies and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or real estate technology.
- Proven success managing paid media campaigns and digital growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HockeyStack).
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce; ABM strategy and execution a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and UX optimization.
- Startup experience preferred.
