Who You Are:
You are a digitally savvy, strategic brand leader who sees marketing as both a value driver and a cultural force. You know how to build and execute 360° brand campaigns that inspire, engage, and strengthen emotional connection with audiences around the world. You use data and insights to guide smart, creative decisions and translate audience behavior into meaningful action. You lead with clarity and collaboration, uniting teams around bold ideas that elevate the brand and drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
Global Brand Strategy & Vision
- Develop and lead the global brand marketing strategy that drives growth, deepens brand equity and ensure consistency across regions and customer touchpoints.
- Translate brand values into breakthrough marketing and culturally resonant moments.
- Partner closely with senior leadership across the company to align on brand priorities, strategy and ensure integration across the full business.
Data Insights & Analytics
- Use data to deeply understand audience motivations, brand health, and competitive positioning, continuously informing strategy and storytelling direction.
- Develop frameworks to measure brand effectiveness across channels, ensuring campaigns drive both cultural resonance and business growth.
- Partner closely with analytics, retail/ecommerce and consumer teams to translate insights into strategic recommendations that shape brand investment and resource planning.
- Establish clear KPIs and reporting rhythms, ensuring the marketing organization operates with strong accountability and decision-making clarity.
- Advocate for a data-informed culture that balances creativity with measurable outcomes.
Innovative Media Strategy
- Oversee brand media strategy with a focus on innovative formats, emerging channels, and next-generation storytelling environments.
- Collaborate with media partners and internal teams to explore new ways to show up through branded content, experiential activations, strategic partnerships, and cultural collaborations.
- Ensure all media choices reinforce brand positioning, create emotional engagement, and spark conversation.
Digital-First Approach
- Bring a deep understanding of digital behavior, trends, and creative that elevate the brand’s presence and cultural relevance.
- Build content ecosystems that goes beyond one-off campaigns—working closely with creative in developing the relationship between consumer and brand affection.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Partner with global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand expression while enabling market-specific nuance.
- Work closely with creative, PR, events and business teams to ensure the brand is holistically expressed across all channels and moments.
- Serve as a senior voice on the marketing leadership team, championing brand thinking in all seasonal business decision-making.
- Guide the development of brand toolkits and assets that can scale across global regions while remaining locally relevant.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Mentor and inspire a global brand marketing team with a focus on brand evolution.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and bold ideas.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and shifts in consumer behavior to ensure the brand remains modern and relevant.
- Build and inspire a high-performing team of brand marketers, fostering curiosity, creativity, and agility.
You’ll Need to Have:
- 12+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on digitally led, globally scaled campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of digital platforms, content strategy, social storytelling, and innovative media thinking—naturally immersed in cultural trends and audience behaviors.
- Proven track record developing and scaling integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential and owned media
- Experience managing global brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.

- Background in fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer tech strongly preferred.
- Strong creative sensibility, strategic mindset, and ability to inspire cross-disciplinary teams and agency partners.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and prioritize workload to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders

Compensation Range: 
$200,000.00-$275,000.00
