Senior Performance Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, traffic, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, and Paid Social platforms (Meta, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat). 
- Generate, implement, and troubleshoot floodlight tags, creatives, and tracking pixels across multiple platforms and channels. 
- Collaborate with the Display & Paid Social Lead to support campaign launches, pacing, optimisations, and cross-channel implementation. 
- Build automated reports using Funnel.io and Looker Studio, ensuring accuracy and consistency of cross-channel performance data. 
- Maintain documentation and trafficking processes to streamline campaign execution and QA across Display, Programmatic, and Paid Social channels. 
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of hands-on experience in digital campaign trafficking, ad operations, or performance marketing execution. 
- Proficient in CM360 and DV360 for trafficking, tag creation, and floodlight configuration. 
- Experience managing campaigns across Paid Social platforms (Meta, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat). 
- Exposure to Funnel.io, Supermetrics, or similar tools to aggregate and visualise cross-channel data in Looker Studio. 
- Strong understanding of digital media tracking, attribution, and performance measurement. 
- Excellent QA skills and attention to detail. 
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for working across teams and stakeholders. 
Desirable / Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Direct Buys, Programmatic trading, and DSPs beyond DV360. 
- Awareness of brand safety tools, compliance considerations, and data privacy regulations. 
- Experience working with creative management tools (Celtra, Smartly, or equivalent).
