About the team:
At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. You will join a talented, distributed Growth Marketing team across Europe and Asia, contributing to B2B user growth and retention for a massive global user base, including our key markets. You will work alongside marketing and B2B team, and even coordinating with engineers, product managers, designers as a part of the CRM team.
About the role:
We are looking for a B2B CRM Specialist to own and scale our HubSpot operations, supporting lead generation, retention, and growth across our B2B business. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution and automation excellence, ensuring that the CRM engine runs smoothly and efficiently while enabling the team to deliver impactful campaigns.
You will be responsible for translating business objectives into CRM campaigns and workflows, maintaining operational quality, and collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners. This is a hands-on role where your ability to manage details, prioritise tasks, and execute with precision will directly impact how we grow and retain our B2B user base.
This is the role for you if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:
- Own and optimize HubSpot infrastructure end-to-end, troubleshooting issues and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to streamline Account Management operations and build scalable, automated sales workflows.
- Leverage Sales Hub and Operations Hub to build dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems that enhance the B2B team’s operational efficiency and reduce engineering dependencies.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to define and implement process improvements that ensure CRM consistency and data integrity.
- Manage and maintain HubSpot contact forms, pipelines, and lead-generation dashboards with a strong understanding of business objectives to secure alignment across teams.
- In the longer term, utilize Marketing Hub to plan, execute, and optimize targeted B2B campaigns that drive customer growth and retention.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on workflow and campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and continuously enhance CRM effectiveness.
The skills you will need to be successful in the above:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM expertise across multiple Hubs (Sales, Operations, and Marketing).
- Proven ability to own and manage complex HubSpot infrastructures, ensuring data hygiene, workflow automation, and scalable operations.
- Strong B2B CRM background, with experience optimizing sales processes, lead pipelines, and lifecycle journeys to support growth and retention.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, especially with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate operational needs into efficient CRM solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and operational excellence, with the ability to independently build, QA, and refine workflows and dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable items that improve data scheme, performance, and efficiency.
