We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to join our client's team and drive their marketing efforts to enhance the brand's presence. This role is perfect for a marketer who is passionate about brands, storytelling, and effectively turning strategy into action. You'll play a crucial role in managing and leading the brand and content marketing strategies, working directly with the Brand & Marketing Director to ensure campaigns come to life smoothly and align with their unique vision.
What you'll do:
- Lead and deliver the brand marketing calendar, including campaign ideas, content plans, partnerships, and events.
- Oversee digital projects related to loyalty, CRM, and campaign journeys as they continue to grow.
- Manage the creation of marketing assets with agency and freelance partners, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with Commercial, F&B, and Operations teams to align messaging and campaign connectivity.
- Maintain brand integrity by working closely with the Brand & Marketing Director to protect the visual and storytelling standards.
- Innovate and bring events and partnerships to life, ensuring they are strategic and reflective of the brand.
Who you are:
- Extensive experience in brand and content marketing, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Hands-on project management skills with a creative spark and proactive approach.
- Comfortable with digital marketing, understanding the synergy between brand and performance.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and supporting a team.
- Detail-oriented with an excellent sense of brand identity and storytelling.
- Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
 Salary: up to £70k DOE
 Logistics: New Forest - Lyndhurst (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
