NOW HIRING (PH-BASED / REMOTE): SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Yokly is scaling with a bold rebrand across three service lines—Launch, Delegate, Automate. With a new visual identity, refreshed messaging, and founder-led storytelling rolling out, we need a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to:
- Publish scroll-stopping content across LinkedIn, IG, FB & TikTok.
- Run paid campaigns that turn attention into leads.
- Translate social metrics into actionable growth insights.
You’ll report to the Brand & Creative Lead and work closely with the Campaign Manager and Sales Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation & Scheduling – Plan, write, and schedule content. Brief designers and editors.
- Paid Campaign Management – Run ads on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Community Engagement – Respond to 100% of comments/DMs, flag warm leads.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track KPIs: reach, CTR, ROAS, SQLs.
- Social Listening – Spot trends and conversation hooks for our buyer avatars.
 MUST-HAVES
- 2+ years in B2B, SaaS, or agency social management.
- Excellent US English copywriting: hooks, CTAs, captions.
- Experience in at least 2 ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Confident with Reels/TikTok editing tools like CapCut, Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Adobe Premiere or After Effects and Canva.
- Comfortable with analytics (GA4, platform insights, Sprout/Hootsuite).
- Comfortable working 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time with a PH-based remote team.
- PC or laptop with a processor that has at least 8GB RAM, Intel Core i3 or equivalent, and Windows 11 (for both primary and backup equipment).
- Stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber), with internet backup such as Pocket WiFi or Mobile Hotspot.
