TheSocial MediaManagerworks to advance the reputation of the Firmby building and governing a multi-channel social media program that aligns with and supports the Firm’s strategic growthobjectivesandbrand. 
Aspart of the Communications and broaderClientDevelopmentand Engagement(“CD&E”)team, this roleis charged withraisingthe profile of the Firm, itspracticesand lawyersthroughsavvy use ofLinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.This includesdeveloping and executingstrategies to supportthe Firm, practice areas, offices, andindividual partners; collaborating with lawyers, CD&E teams, andFirmprofessionals to create social-first content from idea to final approval;codifying best practices and policies and coaching partners and staff on their application;and providing monitoring, research, and data analysis to assess the impact ofoursocial media engagement and content. 
Importantly, this roleis responsible forensuringthatourhigh standard of excellenceand relevant policies and guidelines are consistentlyreflected inthe social media activity of the Firm and itslawyers.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant partners, practice management, and CD&E teams to create integratedsocial mediaplansand enhance thought leadershipforpriority practices,importantFirm events (office openings, milestone anniversaries)and other content.  
- Keep abreast of Firm,businessand industry developments, as well as social media industry trends,toolsand regulations (e.g., attorney marketing rules, ABA ethical behaviorguidelinesand Firm policies);proactivelyidentifypotential areas for new engagement and/or issues of non-compliance. 
Contentcreation&campaigns 
- Lead the development and execution ofsocial-first content andintegratedsocial anddigital campaigns in collaboration with Communications and Client Engagement teams—translating the Firm’s market-leading work, thought leadership and successes into compelling storytelling that strengthens brand visibility across social mediaplatforms. 
- Ensure all digital content is ofthehighest quality and reflects the Firm’s voice, tone, and visual identity, delivering a consistent and differentiated brand experience for clients, recruits, alumni, and other key stakeholders. 
Building & scaling capabilities
- Major in Communications,Digital Marketing,English, Marketing,Advertisingor related field preferred 
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum7years of experience, with3+years of relevantdigital communication or copywritingexperience, preferablywithin the legal,financialand/orother professional services industries 
- Strong project management and organizational skills;demonstratedability towork independently,prioritize and balance competing demands andmanage multiple projects concurrently,andmeet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment 
- Proficiencyinusingsocial media, media monitoring,designsoftwareand other creative applications (Clearview Social, LinkedIn analytics, Meltwater, Canva,Quark, Photoshop). 
Salary Information
NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 at the time of posting.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
