Marketing Science Manager, Paid Social

This centralized role is tasked with leading measurement for Influencer campaigns within CREO, OMG’s influencer marketing platform. The role will serve all OMG agencies across the organization, partnering with paid social teams to execute the analytics and reporting of creator-focused campaigns. We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed client business goals.
This position is both strategic and tactical in scope and requires the ability to apply detailed paid social knowledge to actionable insights and recommendations. This person uses strategic paid social expertise to drive integrated influencer measurement as well as develop innovative strategies to maximize influencer marketing campaigns and drive business objectives. The position will also oversee a portion of paid social activations for some assigned accounts including social media plan development and performance reporting (eg. Billing, pacing, etc.) You’ll be responsible for ensuring all deliverables are met on time, proactively identifying needs, and taking initiative to drive effective paid social campaigns.
Responsibilities:
· Manage influencer measurement strategy in line with campaign objectives in partnership with cross-functional teams
· Oversee activation and reporting for social platforms; monitoring campaign pacing, budgets, and performance to ensure timely and efficient delivery of KPIs
· Provide insightful reporting and actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.
· Develop measurement plans to achieve and measuring influencer marketing success, including KPIs tied to business objectives, measurement and optimization strategies
· Work within measurement tools and analytic environments to prepare reporting and optimization recommendations based on identified KPIs
· Compile data across social platforms to create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development
· Generate and communicate clear, compelling and actionable insights, constructing insightful narratives through sophisticated analytic techniques
· Work closely with media strategy, investment and client teams to translate high-level marketing goals and media objectives into impactful paid social campaigns
· Contribute to client tactical plan development and recommend optimizations and/or testing plans
· Assist with development of agency level POVs related to new technologies, trends and opportunities in the influencer and social media marketplace
Required Skills:
· Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting
· Mastery of influencer marketing and paid social platforms
· Hands-on experience managing and analyzing paid media buys on Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight
· Clear communicator who collaborates well across internal and external teams
· Passion for performance marketing and delivering measurable outcomes
· Comfortable producing and presenting reports to agency leads and clients
· Demonstrated expertise in core MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot tables, data visualization)
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines
· Presentation skills with proven leadership ability
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of managing and analyzing paid social campaigns, ideally in an agency environment
· Knowledge of paid media campaign planning, execution, and measurement process

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
