Job Description
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness and engagement through innovative content creation and strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and articles, aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Capture and edit videos and images for use across digital and print campaigns.
- Design and produce social media graphics, digital ads, and print collateral such as flyers and brochures.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize social media efforts.
- Stay up to date with trends in social media, digital marketing, and design.
- Participate in customer testing processes and record and edit videos for customer use.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in paid social media campaigns and ad management.
Work Environment
The position requires on-site work from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role involves working independently with significant control over social media operations. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.25/hr.
