 Are you a dynamic marketer with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in retail environments? We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to help shape the future of one of Australia’s busiest shopping centres.
 About the Role
 Based on-site at Broadway Sydney five days a week, you’ll support the Marketing Manager in curating a locally distinctive and commercially vibrant asset experience. You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic marketing initiatives, experiential activations, and digital engagement across website, social media, and EDMs.
 Key Responsibilities
 - Champion customer and community needs through research and engagement.
- Assist in delivering the asset’s Community Charter and Stakeholder Communications Plan.
- Support the development of strategic marketing plans and innovative multi-channel campaigns.
- Drive digital engagement via website, social media, and email marketing.
- Coordinate events, activations, and visual merchandising aligned with the asset’s Place DNA.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to unlock new commercial opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Maintain a strong on-floor presence to ensure optimal guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
 - Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 12 months in a management role.
- Experience in shopping centre marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels.
- Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns and activations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Customer Experience.
- Strong styling and presentation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proactive, innovative, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- High IT proficiency and strategic thinking capabilities.
