Within Disney Entertainment Television, the Licensed Content & Marketing Services team supports the sales and transmission of The Walt Disney Company’s TV series & films worldwide. In this very fast-paced role, the candidate would support the curation and administration of our marketing and screening platform including procurement and creation of written materials (synopsis, airdates, talent bios, legal information) which are made available to partners internally and externally across the globe. This position would also assist with still photography for various TV & film properties.
Responsibilities:
Support title, asset, and user management within our custom client-facing marketing and screening platform.
Gather and enter key content details (e.g., episode synopses, airdates, talent bios, legal metadata) into internal systems.
Partner with technical teams and data librarians to ensure accurate metadata is delivered to the platform.
Coordinate with legal and product teams to collect and share required legal information (e.g., copyrights, advertising/publicity restrictions).
Track and update award nominations and wins across TV and film titles.
Assist in refining metadata workflows by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Source and upload photo assets (current and archived episodic and production stills) into the platform.
Perform basic photo retouching as needed.
Help coordinate talent photo approvals with publicity or talent representatives.
Review upcoming titles and platform content to confirm materials are complete and properly displayed.
Assist in organizing custom screening categories in partnership with Sales and Content Management teams.
Maintain secure and confidential access to pre-release content and sensitive information.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and team initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of entertainment industry experience in metadata or asset management
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute against multiple deadlines
Experience with Digital Asset Management systems and managing large volumes of data entry
Light photo retouching skills using Adobe Photoshop
Familiarity with Disney television and film titles
Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and leadership levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Airtable, and Zoom
Technically adept with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Passionate about TV, film, and social media; inquisitive and interested in continuous learning
Highly proactive, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Effective multi-tasker and dependable team player

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $65,300.00 to $87,500.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
