We are looking to add an Sr. Vice President (SVP) Mobile App Marketing based in either New York City, Chicago, or Los Angeles to work across one of the agency’s most dynamic and high-profile clients.
This is a critical leadership role within the U.S. Paid Media team, responsible for driving performance and growth. This role requires a strategic, agile thinker who can shift seamlessly from tactical media execution to executive-level thought leadership, navigating complexity and speed with confidence. You will co-create with internal leads and client stakeholders to deliver mobile excellence across user acquisition, app engagement, reactivation, and lifecycle marketing.
The ideal candidate combines deep mobile marketing expertise with strong platform relationships (Google, Apple, Meta, MMPs) and the ability to lead a world-class team in an audience and privacy-first, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop tailored plans for each app, balancing market positioning, growth stage, and KPIs (e.g. CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention), while proactively guiding Microsoft through shifts like iOS ATT, SKAN, and Privacy Sandbox.
Inspire and align multi-disciplinary teams around a shared vision, fostering innovation, speed, and excellence.
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Major Social & Video Platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit)
Programmatic & DSPs (Moloco, Liftoff, Smadex, Kayzen, InMobi, Digital Turbine)
Native, Content Discovery & Emerging Formats (Taboola, Outbrain, CTV, audio, retail media networks)
Deploy diverse tactics such as app installs, re-engagement, OEM pre-loads, cross-promotion, SKAN-optimized buying, and product-led growth integrations.
Measurement, Data & Attribution
Develop strong POVs on app measurement best practices, including SKAN, privacy-first methodologies, and incrementality testing.
Partner with analytics and engineering teams to define KPIs, guide dashboard development, and ensure privacy-compliant tracking via MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of mobile strategists, activation, analysts, and martech specialists dedicated to the client (will collaborate with SVP of Analytics and internal tech and data team)
Foster deep collaboration with teams across creative, media, analytics, and tech integration, both agency- and client-side.
Proven success managing large-scale, global mobile campaigns across diverse app portfolios, audiences, and markets.
Deep relationships with key platform partners—Google, Apple, Meta, TikTok—as well as Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Branch.
Strong business acumen, with experience collaborating closely with product teams, analytics leaders, engineering partners, and senior marketing executives in complex enterprise environments.
The annual salary range for this position is 163K- 263K. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
