Join our dynamic team as a Regional Producer, where you'll lead production efforts for our largest global brands. Reporting to the Regional Account Lead, you'll closely collaborate with global and regional teams, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving impactful content production. As the Regional Producer, you possess expertise in global brand campaign production cycles, emphasizing your passion for crafting engaging creative across various media platforms. Your role requires a deep understanding of the production and delivery processes for both print and digital media. You'll spearhead project management, assessing campaign volumes, and scoping while reviewing production schedules and providing direction to Satellite Studio Project Managers. Your role involves tailoring bespoke timings based on local market lead times and resource availability.
You'll maintain close coordination with the Satellite Studio Manager to ensure adherence to campaign milestones, quality standards, and timely delivery. As a motivating force within the team, you'll inspire your direct reports to excel in their roles, while facilitating effective communication across global and regional teams to align with overarching production objectives. Acting as the central point of contact, you'll relay status updates, risks, and challenges of all campaign deliverables, including budget and resource considerations, while escalating production issues to the Regional and Channel Leads.
What you will be doing:
- Overall responsible for regional delivery, supporting the Regional Account Lead to deliver a high volume of localized assets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Support Regional Account Lead on project planning, status, risks, and challenges.
- Onsite client communicator for detailed timeline-specific project queries.
- Creating production timelines according to SLA’s, building pipeline campaign forecasts to identify production peaks to resource PMs accordingly.
- Briefing Integrated Project Managers campaign specifics, timings and scope.
- Overseeing and signing off IPMs adapted timings based on local market nuance.
- Tracking regional pre-production tasks such as translations, price validation, global master approvals and market participation.
- Escalating resource shortfalls to Regional Lead and channel leads.
- Overseeing and tracking PMs delivery progress, feeding status reports to regional and channel leads.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such a Media Agencies.
- Lead regional production, localisation & delivery, ensuring direction, control, and effective communication throughout the process.
- Oversee digital and print campaigns covering owned and bought media, managing multiple campaigns, languages, and channels.
- Provide IPM team leadership, line managing up to xxx reports.
- Drive campaign execution, and closure, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery.
- Support the Regional Lead to produce data-lead monthly reporting and strategic QBRs, as well as support across invoicing and out-of-scope work.
- Lead daily stand-up calls with Satellite Studio teams, ensuring production is on track and providing an escalation point to the Studio Manager/IPMs.
- Review global campaigns, familiarise yourself with forecast data, to drive foresight of production.
- Support the Regional Lead on campaign kick-off calls, assisting on out-of-scope and out-of-guideline conversations as needed.
- Ensure brand guardianship of local briefs and global guideline changes, while rolling out local campaigns in the sales market and re-iterating local SLAs.
- Support Regional Lead with cost estimates for additional resource where needed.
- Champion automation and future-facing ways of working.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in digital, print and motion, covering owned and bought media.
- Experience working with multiple campaigns, languages, and channels.
- Demonstrated production experience on global brands with line management experience.
- Strong account & project management skills, with experience managing onsite and offshore teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to drive successful campaign production lifecycles, with an ability to assess risk in real time adapt using agile methodology.
- Proficiency forecasting, resource management and project burn rate.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to innovation and new business growth.
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $123,500.00 to $137,750.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
