Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week positionwith a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and the remaining days remote. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
Compensation Range: Ranges from26 CAD/hr - 35 CAD/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This role: As a Paid Media Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in digital advertising and learn how paid media campaigns work. You’ll support our team with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting while gaining valuable skills in digital marketing.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Help set up and organize paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Assist in preparing campaign materials and making sure everything is ready to launch.
- Check for any errors before campaigns go live.
- Track campaign performance and help pull reports using tools like Google Analytics.
- Research trends and share insights with the team.
- Work with different teams to help support marketing projects.
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Education: Current student in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's program
- Must be able to work a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week schedulewith a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
- Interest and prior exposure, either academic or in prior internships, in digital marketing and paid media.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with data and learning reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
