We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who’s just as comfortable sketching out the big-picture strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to launch a killer campaign. You’ll own the Tamnoon brand, grow our awareness in the market, and help our sales team crush their goals.

What You Will Get to Do:
- Lead the show: Build and run a marketing strategy that covers everything from digital and demand gen to brand, product marketing, content, events, and PR.
- Own the numbers: Tie marketing OKRs and KPIs directly to pipeline and growth goals — then deliver.
- Campaign wizardry: Oversee creative campaigns across digital, paid media, social, and events that actually make people stop scrolling.
- Brand guardian: Make sure our voice, look, and vibe are consistent and unforgettable.
- Partner up: Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success so marketing is plugged into every part of our GTM machine.
- Stay sharp: Keep tabs on the competitive landscape and market trends so we’re always two steps ahead.
- Coach + grow: Build and mentor a marketing team that loves experimenting, measuring, and celebrating wins.
- Budget Consistency: Run the marketing budget like a pro, investing smartly to get the most out of every dollar. Experience with managing between $1M and $5M budgets.
- Be the face: Represent Tamnoon at industry events, trade shows, and on the big stage.
What You Can Bring:
- 5-10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership at a growth-stage startup (bonus points for cloud security/cybersecurity chops).
- A track record of building programs that drive product, brand and pipeline.
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and agencies — and keeping all the plates spinning.
- A love of data and analytics, but not at the expense of creativity.
- Strong storytelling chops and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Comfort in fast-moving, sometimes scrappy startup environments.
Tools of the Trade (nice-to-haves):
- HubSpot, or other CRM/automation tools.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM experience.
- A strong network in the marketing/cybersecurity world.
