ABOUT THE JOB
The Associate Brand Manager will play a supporting role in bringing Ninja brand strategies to life — helping to develop product stories, marketing plans, and category initiatives that build brand equity and drive sales.
Focused on the Air Fryer & Oven business, this role works closely with cross-functional partners to support marketing execution from early concept through in-market launch. You’ll blend analytical skills and creative thinking to help ensure programs resonate with consumers and deliver on business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing product and brand narratives for eCommerce, DTC, and retail channels.
- Support go-to-market planning and product launches in partnership with Global Marketing, IMC, and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the creation of consumer profiles, identifying behaviors, attitudes, and media preferences.
- Gather and summarize category trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to help identify opportunities.
- Help translate insights into messaging, creative briefs, and campaigns that connect with target audiences.
- Assist in preparing sales enablement tools — presentations, storyboards, and collateral — for retailer and distributor meetings.
- Partner with Consumer Insights to review and validate messaging and product propositions.
- Participate in post-launch reviews, capturing learnings to inform future efforts.
- Coordinate multiple projects with strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a collaborative approach.
- Stay informed on competitive activity, market trends, and brand storytelling techniques.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in CPG
- Broad spectrum of marketing skills: defining strategies, building plans, driving product launches, and in-market execution
- Strong skills in brand strategy, messaging, and communication strategy and execution
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and creative problem-solving
- Proven ability to leverage consumer insights for effective campaigns and product launches
- Highly analytical; able to mine and interpret data to drive decisions
- Excellent project management skills; comfortable leading multiple initiatives in parallel, navigating a complex cross-functional matrix
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable working at a fast, iterative pace with a “progress vs. perfection” mindset
