The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning, reviewing and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns whilst supporting the team in reporting and managing client accounts.

Job Description:

Carat is seeking an Associate, Paid Social. You will support the creation and execution of Paid Social campaigns. As an entry level position, the Associate, Paid Social position is training-intensive andrepresents the start of a media career.

You Will:

Assist in supporting campaigns against client's goals.

Assist in building and improve paid social media campaigns

Work with the team to provide client services and relationships with accurate performance communication

Develop relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth

Analyze client data to ensure performance on all campaigns

Partner with other channels to ensure a cohesive approach is taken to achieve client goals

Build relationships across client services team and with client.

You Have:

0-6+ months of experience with Paid Social Media channels

Understanding of the basics in performance marketing

Experience using all paid social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat.

Excellent communication skills and high-level attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree

The annual salary range for this position is $39,000 - 45,451. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
