The Role
We’re looking for a Influencer & Affiliate Manager who’s ready to build something special. You’ll take the lead on growing our community of influencers, ambassadors, and affiliates – turning their voices into powerful advocates for the brand. You’ll dream up and deliver campaigns that inspire, launch our customer referral programme, and work side-by-side with our founders to create content that elevates MyoMaster’s visibility.
This role isn’t just about management – it’s about making connections, sparking creativity, and driving growth. You’ll be an integral part of our marketing team, helping us scale fast and authentically.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a thriving community of influencers, ambassadors, and affiliates.
- Create inspiring briefs and content partnerships that tell our story with impact.
- Run influencer whitelisting campaigns to amplify our reach.
- Launch and grow a customer referral programme that turns fans into advocates.
- Collaborate with the founders to craft content that brings MyoMaster into the spotlight.
- Analyse performance, track ROI, and optimise for growth.
- Work with our founders to amplify the founding stories of the brand.
- Bring fresh ideas, energy, and creativity to everything you do.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or affiliate management.
- A proven ability to build relationships and deliver results.
- Confidence running paid partnership campaigns, including whitelisting.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- A balance of creativity and data-driven decision making.
- Passion for wellness, sport, or performance – and a genuine love for building brands.
