Are you an SEO digital marketeer with at-least two year’s experience in an agency role?
Looking for an exciting new position within a genuinely brilliant team? Look no further!

Our Digital team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEO Executive to join our dynamic agency. In this role you will take ownership of a select group of client accounts, overseeing their journey from inception to delivery.

As part of a collaborative team, you will play a crucial role in steering PMW towards becoming a Google Marketing360 user and achieving Google Premier Partner status, positioning us in the top 4% of specialists in the UK.

At PMW, we’re a creative bunch, working on clients’ websites, graphic design needs, PR, advertising campaigns and digital marketing requirements. We partner with a wide range of industries from big name financial companies and event venues to schools, charities, and tech wizards.

This role could be for you if you are able to:

  • Evaluate the current SEO position for a client
  • Confidently advise strategic direction for new websites
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure their output aligns with SEO
  • Conduct content audits and provide recommendations as to the best course of action
  • Act as the main point of contact for our SEO consulting projects
  • Identify and develop opportunities for business development
  • Work with the SEO Campaign Manager to identify areas for improvement, develop best practice and enhance our processes
  • Educate teams that support with the delivery of new websites on SEO best practice, provide feedback and training

  • Willing to embrace all aspects of working in a growing business, from strategic thinking to creating processes and training guides

What we’re looking for:

  • 2 years+ experience in a similar role
  • Consulted on SEO from the start of the planning process through to post site launch
  • Monitored SEO performance and been responsible for the on-going SEO management of multiple client websites
  • Confidence using SEO tools such as SEM Rush, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console
  • Practical experienced with WordPress
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, agency analytics and industry reporting tools
  • Ability to interpret and confidently translate and present data to clients
  • Resilience to uphold SEO guidance across multiple teams on their own service deliverables
  • Agency background strongly desirable

Terms & Benefits:

  • Salary £25, 000 – £30,000 dependent on experience
  • Mon – Fri, between 9am – 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week, some flexibility)
  • Hybrid working, 3 days office-based per week, after successful onboarding and probation
  • Billingshurst office location, with free parking
  • 25 days annual leave (increasing with length of service) + your birthday off + Bank Holidays
