Each of our teams is the voice of their own brand, so we utilise creative campaigns, social media and influencer outreach, PR & Comms, and events. On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing the gifting roster for Instagram, TikTok and Youtube
  • Managing Micro Influencers on TikTok and Instagram
  • Negotiating the best rates possible for any paid influencers you manage with management approval
  • Supporting the team with supplying influencer suggestions based on specific briefs
  • Basic daily/weekly reporting
  • Managing social post calendar and checking posts have gone live and following up with any influencers who have not posted.
  • Supporting with influencer events including arranging travel and accommodation for influencers, arranging product, liaising with production companys for decorations, invites for influencers etc.
  • Supporting affiliates with getting product sent out for TikTok shop posts
  • Supporting wider Influencer Marketing team with day to day responsibilities including but not limited to the below
  • Raising PO’s in a timely manner
  • Supporting with product orders
  • Arranging contracts for influencers

More about you

  • Experience and a keen interest in influencer marketing
  • Demonstrate a strong interest and experience in online fashion retail, ideally in the fast fashion sector.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office package
  • Degree or qualifications in marketing/events or similar course/ similar working experience
