Your role:
Using your skillset, you will drive the execution of strategic Marketing activity to strengthen our reputation and continue building our position as leading global brand consultancy in the market.

You are responsible for:
Content
- Support our WOGLO Channel content timeline and strategy
- Own social media channel strategy and execution
- Publish regular content on the website
- Own the WOGLO Bites Newsletter
- Ensure all Marketing content meets our standards
Case Studies & Awards
- Project manage WOGLO case study launches
- Project manage award entries
- Review and edit content submissions to ensure quality control
Channel & Department
- Track and own marketing budget
- Monitor our social media channels and actively engage with audiences
- Track and record operations, processes and compliance
- Manage relationships with digital partners
- Maintain partnerships, subscriptions and digital profile management
- Lead department insights across world and news, channel reporting
PR
- Manage relationship with PR agency
- Recognise PR opportunities for our global spokespeople
- Review and edit content submissions ahead of Marketing Director review
Events
- Manage Marketing events list and facilitate involvement in industry events
- Represent WO at events and capture content for promotion
- Support delivery of WO-owned events
- Support email campaigns and social promo as required for each event
Strategy
- Assist the Marketing Director in shaping the annual marketing strategy
- Assist the Marketing team as required with the creation of strategic marketing toolkits for our offer (Brand, Culture, Experience)
- Develop promotion plans for key calendar moments in line with objectives

- Capable of project managing multiple streams of work and deadlines
- Confident at leading teams to deliver marketing content
- Skilled at storytelling and idea generation
- Proficient on Figma, HubSpot and general CMS systems
- Social media savvy; including LinkedIn, Instagram
- Experienced with reporting and data analysis
- Excited to tap into the potential of AI as a working tool
- Hybrid working setup (min in the studio 3 days a week)
- Flexibility on when you want to work - aiming to work 7.5 hours a day
- Laptop for the duration of your role (Mac or Windows)
