About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior CRO Manager to accelerate RYZE’s conversion optimization and user experience strategy across all digital properties. You’ll lead the testing roadmap, manage experimentation frameworks, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer journeys and maximize revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who’s data-obsessed and passionate about building seamless, high-converting user experiences. You’ll analyze site performance, interpret user behavior, and shape end-to-end customer flows across multiple marketing channels. Beyond testing, you’ll help prioritize website initiatives and build scalable systems that continuously improve conversion outcomes as RYZE grows.

What You’ll Do

Testing & Optimization

Lead the development and execution of RYZE’s CRO roadmap, prioritizing experiments that drive measurable impact on conversion and revenue.
Design, launch, and oversee A/B, multivariate, and personalization experiments from concept to post-test analysis.
Build and maintain a structured testing pipeline that balances speed, quality, and learning impact.
Leverage insights from Intelligems, Amplitude, GA4, Hotjar, and related tools to inform test hypotheses and next steps.
Build frameworks to measure the long-term business impact of CRO initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

User Experience & Analysis

Interpret site data, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven decisions to enhance conversion paths across the website.
Take ownership of user experience across web and landing pages, ensuring alignment with growth, design, and marketing initiatives.
Create and optimize customer flows and experiences for different marketing channels that drive specific conversion goals.
Use heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics to uncover friction points and improve UX/UI across the purchase journey.

Website Ownership & Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Design, and Development) to prioritize website enhancements and experiment execution.
Translate complex test findings and user insights into clear business recommendations.
Support planning and implementation of larger site initiatives that improve navigation, trust, and overall conversion rates.
Mentor and guide junior CRO team members, fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation.
Stay current with emerging CRO tools, testing technologies, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required) in Marketing, Data Analytics, UX, or related field.
3+ years of experience in CRO, digital optimization, or growth marketing with hands-on experimentation.
Proven ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions that improve performance.
Expertise with CRO and analytics tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, GA4, Hotjar, Intelligems, and Amplitude.
Experience managing site priorities and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize customer journeys.
Strong analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and how design impacts conversion.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Leadership experience mentoring analysts or managers is a plus.
