Role overview:

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering marketing initiatives for both esynergy and our clients. This role combines strategic thinking, campaign execution, and hands-on delivery across digital, content, and events.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver marketing campaigns aligned to esynergy’s business objectives

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, email, social) to drive MQLs

Create, edit, and manage content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, sales collateral, web copy)

Work on account-based marketing initiatives with existing clients

Support business development through identifying opportunities, craft proposals, develop collateral

Coordinate events (webinars, roundtables, industry conferences) and partnerships

Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy across all campaigns

Requirements: ✔

Commercially aware with a focus on impact, pipeline contribution, and ROI

Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal

Ability to translate business goals into clear marketing plans with measurable outcomes

Hands-on capability across multiple channels (content, digital, social, events)

Strong organisational and project management skills — comfortable handling multiple priorities

Creative and pragmatic approach: balancing big-picture strategy with execution

Team player with collaborative mindset and a client-service orientation

Experience:

5–7 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting or professional services

Proven track record of running multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes

Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot)

Background in producing content for senior business/technical audiences

Exposure to event management (online and in-person) and partnership promotion

Previous involvement in supporting business development or sales enablement activity
