<p><strong>Digital Marketing Executive</strong></p><p>£34k per annum, pro rata</p><p>37.5 hours per week<br></p><p>We’re looking for a talented<strong>&nbsp;Digital Marketing Executive</strong> to join our professional in-house team at Colten Care – a family-owned care home provider with a reputation for outstanding care and an ambition to lead the sector in premium later life living.</p><p>This is a brilliant opportunity for a digital marketing professional who is confident with performance advertising, search optimisation, and content strategy – and who wants their work to make a real difference to families navigating one of life’s most important decisions.</p><p>As part of our collaborative marketing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing digital activity across our portfolio of 21 care homes – working alongside experienced marketing professionals, graphic designers and support teams to deliver results.</p><p>Key responsibilities will include:</p><p><strong>Digital Advertising</strong></p><ul><li>Planning, managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Bing</li><li>Tracking and improving performance using enquiry data, cost-per-lead, ROI and conversion insights</li></ul><p><strong>SEO &amp; Local Search</strong></p><ul><li>Optimising website copy, metadata, and internal linking to improve organic visibility</li><li>Creating and maintaining SEO-driven landing pages and blog articles</li><li>Managing Google Business listings for all homes, ensuring local SEO best practice, regular updates, and engaging content</li><li>Monitoring and responding to public reviews and questions</li></ul><p><strong>Social Media Strategy &amp; Content</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting Facebook and Instagram content creation, including post ideas, stories and video</li><li>Repurposing PR stories through paid campaigns to boost reach and brand awareness</li><li>Promoting local home events via paid social campaigns</li></ul><p><strong>Review &amp; Reputation Management</strong></p><ul><li>Managing carehome.co.uk reviews and responses, reporting to senior management and supporting Home Managers with objectives</li><li>Overseeing reviews across Google, responding thoughtfully and reporting trends to the wider team</li></ul><p><strong>Website Content, Development &amp; Maintenance</strong></p><ul><li>Implementing content updates, building new pages and landing pages, and enhancing the user experience</li><li>Publishing news and PR stories across our websites</li><li>Managing external developers for technical work, updates and new features</li></ul><p><strong>Digital Reporting &amp; Insight</strong></p><ul><li>Monitoring, analysing and reporting on paid campaign results, website traffic, SEO performance, and enquiry trends</li><li>Identifying patterns in care enquiries and supporting occupancy efforts through data insight</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You’ll be a confident communicator with a strong grasp of digital tools and techniques. You’ll combine analytical thinking with creative flair, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You’ll be organised, self-motivated and always looking to improve performance.</p><ul><li>3+ years proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms</li><li>In-depth understanding of SEO best practice and on-page optimisation</li><li>Experience managing a social media content calendar</li><li>Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reporting dashboards</li><li>Ability to write clear, concise content and evaluate creative performance</li><li>Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)</li><li>A team player attitude with a proactive, can-do approach</li></ul><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>We’re an award-winning, family-owned, independent care home group, with an outstanding reputation within the industry thanks to our amazing people and our focus on keeping the resident at the heart of everything we do.</p><p>We challenge the stereotype of a care home, that’s why all 21 of our nursing homes are rated at least good and seven outstanding by the CQC, our national regulator.</p><p>For the 10<sup>th</sup>year running, we’ve been named as one of carehome.co.uk Top 20 Care Home Groups in the UK, by the residents and their families who have first-hand experience of the care and support being given at our care homes. </p>
